HOW IT STARTED
A Field in Sisters, OR
We didn't set out to start a food pod. We set out to find an Airstream. After months of searching, we found her — a 1968 Sovereign, rusting in a field outside Sisters, Oregon. She hadn't moved in over a decade. Two years and a full restoration later, she became the Bar Cart — the beating heart of what would eventually become Sip & Forage.

FAQs
Is the pod open in the rain?
Yes — we're Portland, we're used to it! Covered seating and outdoor heaters keep things comfortable. Check our Instagram for any weather-related closures.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
We ask that you enjoy food and drinks from our trucks and Bar Cart. It helps support our vendors and keeps everyone in business!
Is there Wi-Fi available?
Yes. We have free high-speed internet available to all customers of Sip & Forage.
Are all trucks open every day?
Most trucks are open daily but hours vary. Check the Food Trucks page for individual hours or follow us on Instagram for updates.
Can I reserve a table?
Seating is first come, first served for regular visits. For private events and large group bookings please contact us in advance.
How do I apply to be a vendor?
Head to the Food Trucks page and scroll to the bottom — there's a vendor application form. We review all applications within two weeks.
Are dogs allowed?
Well behaved and leashed dogs are allowed in the food pod. We may even have a treat behind the bar - ask the bartender.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
We offer fully accessible restrooms designed to accommodate guests using wheelchairs, mobility devices, or anyone who needs a little extra space and support.
Are minors allowed?
Minors allowed until 10pm. The Bar Cart serves alcohol to guests 21+ with valid ID. Plenty of non-alcoholic options for everyone.
